testors dullcoat question;

Is dullcoat ok to use to seal acrylic paints?
I noticed the bottle says its lacquer based.

I bought some of this because of people mentioning it in other threads to use to seal. I am painting a kit using acrylics and want to seal it with a matte finish for protection.

I am not familiar with one paint's reaction to another paint/sealer of a different type. (acrylic, oil, lacquer, etc..)

I ue acrylic paint and seal my stuff with Testor Dullcoat without problem.

Just remember, multiple thin layers instead of one thick layer(by Danno).:)

It is the best on the market in my opinion...Just use it in a well ventilated area...Like out in the yard...The fumes will mess you up...:thumbs2:
