Well I gave this a shot because it looked interesting but after an hour I couldn't take it anymore. Terrible, all the mistakes they made with Flash Gordon but more expensive.

I watched it. Shame it wasn't very good bud I did make it through and may watch the 2nd and 3rd part (dependiing on if I have absolutley nothing else to do).
For some reason, I believed that the mini was based on the excellent Caliber comic book, OZ which came out ten or so years back.
Whoever wrote the tv show may have read the comics 'cause there were some shared intrepretations.

also may have helped open the gates of this wanna-be hip version of the story. Wish they had taken a page from his style and had really visually tripped it out a bit more.
