Metal Slug 3 problems w/ Xbox live

i just downloaded this game .Every time i Start it up it d/c's my connection to xbox live .Anyone else had this problem ?

Has nothing to do with MS3 (I think) but with Microsofts servers. There still not on top of the big amount of live accounts that joined over the hollidays but there working on it. To "make it up" though they will be offering one arcade game for free => more details to be released :thumbs2:
