I thought I’d throw this up here for those of you who are new to the whole Garage Kit industry. I know I’m going to miss a lot of people and resources, so please feel free to add them.

The painting that these guys do on the kits is essential to the industry.

You're not kidding. You have to see these things in person. They are amazing. Check out Wonderfest or one of the other shows and it will blow you away. You could probably find images from these shows on the web. There are some really talented people out there.

Very cool!!!! Painted by some of the best painters in the garage kit hobby, these guys don't play around. I am lucky enough to own some pieces painted by Danno and Phil and boy do they stand out in my collection. Seeing them up close and all the little details these painters put in is really amazing. Now I gotta see about getting Rick and Joe to paint something up for me. :D

Ramsey’s right about that. Their work definitely stands out most impressively. Dan, Rick, Phil, and Joe are all very talented and all around great guys. There are a lot more talented painters out there, although I don’t have their websites to post up here.

For any of you who haven’t been to Wonderfest, it’s a blast and should go if you haven’t.

yes these are some of the best in todays industry by far. DAnno helped me get the courage up to try to paint and though I am way sad compared to these folks it is fun to do.

Who would have thought I'd agree with the Formations? No, really they are nice...well Scott is...Chris is a big talker! He's always tossing out threats of his windmill! :rolleyes2 Yet, somehow he managed to find a nice wife. Oh, the great mysteries of life.

Lunchladie,

1st of all, my wife isn't that nice, you caught her in a weak moment, 2nd of all, if she reads this, I'm a dead man.

Listen, do you hear that, it's the sound of the Windmill, oh yeah.......it's comin' your way, Hurricane Charlie's got nothing on me.....
