Damn, what a huge loss. Jeff Healey One of my favorite guitar players of all time. Very sad to see this one go. :bawling: :(

Sad to hear of this, my heart goes out to his family and children..

At the very least his fight with cancer is over and he can be at peace..

The dude walked a tough road in life, might have something to do with all the passion and soul in his music. His spirit will live on as long as his music is played... and lets not forget his appearance in Road House.

When I saw this post in the book section, I was hoping that it wasn't the musician Jeff Healy.
I remember him from Roadhouse, and also from several of his songs, my favorite being his version of "While my guitar gently weeps."

I'm much sadder for hearing this news.

I saw him at his club in downtown Toronto 12-18 months ago. He would play in his own club on Thursday nights. What a talent. I guess I won't be doing that again anytime soon. Great player. He'll be missed.
