This is a very early sculpture. Sculpted around 1994 when I first started working with DC. One of a kind, about 1/3 scale. On the base are real chicken bones from a roasted chicken my wife cooked for dinner, which I gleefully dismembered afterward and boiled.

Not my best work, but it has not been seen before.

I prefer turkey, but chicken will do in a pinch.

That's sweet! Great bust! Are the bones cast in resin or just sitting there as real bones?

Real bones.

Great intensity displayed in this sculpt!!

I like the base idea w/ the chicken bones.

I knew it.... The gratuitous use of large phallic objects in William's sculptures can be traced to the very start of his career.

Love the bust William. And my God, was there ever a time when you weren't a brilliant painter?

Amazing, I wished it had been brought out as a bust as I think it one of the best Lobo piece out there without a doubt! :thumbs2:

Wow! I know next to nothing of Lobo as a character,
but that bust sure is amazing to look at! My favorite
items are the eye paints, and the sharp teeth/fangs.
Very vampire-like effect, which is always a good thing.

I would surmise he is bursting with pride.
