It was a one-of-a-kind sculpture by Brandon, and it was auctioned off on eBay 3-4 years ago. (I remember because I was the second highest bidder). It was later painted by Danno. I'm sure the owner of the sculpture is a member of SF.

Guys. Thank you all so much. I freaking love all the Batman titles. This was really fun to do, because I was just trying to make myself happy. HQ is just a great character.
