So yeah Sammy, I've been working out for about 4-5 months now, I've lost about 30 pounds and I still need to lose about 20. I've been doing weight training and cardio. I checked out my fat free mass index this morning and it was 198.3 pounds! I'm so happy! :buttrock:
Not exactly a question, just wanted to share. :)

word brother, I've changed the way I eat and have been doing more cardio and I am down about 70 lbs, hopefully down 100 by SDCC. Word. KEep at it...

I'm still on the weight gaining plan since I stopped training at Team Quest last year.:banghead: I really need to get serious about working out again.

After a couple of weeks, I'm down one pound after restarting my salad-for-lunch diet. :laugh:

Good job to all & keep up the hard work. I also have been in the zone the last 2 months, but I know that last 10 or so lbs are the ones that don't want to leave. So ya gotta train & be strict as hell to reach your goal. In the end it's worth it.

Sam that is incredible. By the time I get to see you at SDCC 09 you could be down 150 pounds. That would be incredible. Keep it up buddy.
BTW how have you changed your eating habits? I was talking with professional on the issue and a big thing is not to eat after 8pm and also not to take a drink (even water) with your meal as it slows down the metabolism.

that, and I've consulted a dietician and have learned how to control my portions and have completely cut out junk food (candy bars, energy drinks, deserts, fried foods, pizza, steak sandwiches). Sigh. I had to do it.

Congratulations to you guys for losing such weight!
Are there any major dos and donts (besides no junk food, exercise, plenty of water etc) that the professionals have told you, like how Bulls mentioned not eating after 8 or not drinking with meals?
