Did you read the Max, Nick Fury mini-series from a few years back? He worked perfectly under the Max banner. Violent as hell w/ alot of the usual Ennis sex and humor.

Moon Knight. Hell, it practically is a MAX title already.

I think a GAMBIT title could be a great MAX title.

Daredevil could be a great MAX title also.

Once this Invasion stuff calms down, it would be cool to see Iron Fist and Luke Cage start Heroes for Hire up again....under the Max banner.

The new Moon Knight series has more violence then any MAX title i've read...only reason is not 'MAX' its because there aren't any titties.

I just re-read the Moon Knight: The Bottom.

Wow, that's violent & graphic.

Also, how the hell did Crawley & the profile guy get away with smoking a cigarette under Quasada's iron fist rule?

Quesada doesn't read Moon Knight. He can't follow it.

I'd say the one reason it's not MAX is because they word hash all the, incredibly frequent, coarse language. Though I honestly fail to see the point why they bother doing that, given the tone of the book, the violence, and the sheer amount of said (hashed) language. They should just make it a MAX book and be done with it.

As much as I love the Marvel Monsters, I'd love to see a rotating Max Monthly that uses all of them.
I'd hire Tim Bradstreet to do the covers and have 6, 2-ish monster stories a year. A 2 month Dracula story, WWbN, Living Mummy, Scarecrow, Zombie (Simon Garth), Frankenstein, Man-Thing, Wendigo, Morbius, Blade, etc...
I'd make it Max to up the fear factor and let the writers just go for it.

Yea I was really surprised by Moon Knight: The Bottom. Tons and tons of violence everywhere. I didn't think Moon Knight kicked so much ass lol

I think Quesada just bends the rules to his liking...God I can't wait until hes not the EIC

Agreed. The violence is there, the foul language is there, albeit indirectly...only thing keeping it from being max is actually spelling out the swears and the occasional nipple slip.

This was a great, great, great min-series. Another great job by Ennis and Robertson.

I would like to see a Drax the Destoryer MAX series. I really like the harda$$ cosmic character.

I wish Moon Knight worked on any level, MAX or not. I just dropped the book from my pull list, and that makes me sad, but it's just not worth $3 a month to me.

I liked the Fury comic that Ennis did, but I wasn't crazy about how it messed with the character. I enjoyed it as a What-If sort of thing, but in canon it would sort of bug me.

Any Marvel characters in the MAX series are pretty much considered outside the 616 universe.

I think Ennis' Thor Vikings was also a Max book and that rocked my world. Still one of my favorite minis of all time. So, Max can work for the big boys too. It's all about the writing.

I finally dropped Moon Knight too. Lord knows I tried with this book, I really did. Love the character, have every issue of his previous runs and most of his guest spots. For the life of me, I just couldn't follow this book. I'll come back w/ a new writer and some coherency.

I really liked the U.S. WAR MACHINE MAX stuff that came out not too long ago....

I've never seen/read a super-hero get his a$$ handed to him like Thor did in that book. It was epic.
