are these so so bad guys and if so how would you improve them so they would be a bigger threat to the batman

What sucks about them is they both know Batman is Bruce Wayne.

Give them better writers !!! One time Bane is indestructable and Break Batman's back , few years later he gets his ass kicked by almost every one in the DC universe !
Hush is one of the newer very cool villains I think , hope he gets to play a good part in the future Batman stories .

I haven't started to read it yet but it looks like they handle Bane pretty good in Salvation Run.

Second time I heard some good about Salvation run , gues I must pick that one up .

Is Bane still using Venom, because Thunder went punch for punch with Donna Troy & get's taken down by one kick???
