I would be happiest if they bring him back as he was.

However, it would be interesting to see him come back without the Super Soldier serum running through his veins. If nothing else, just for a little while.

I'm more worried about "amnesia"(brought on by the trauma of his death) ...than I am a power upgrade.

I hope they don't make Steve Rogers forget his Avengers past...so he can be a man "out of his time" again.

I think they underplay how powerful Cap really is actually. With his training & the super soldier serum enhancement he should be able to knock out almost any non super powered for with just one blow. I'd actaully like them to start writing Cap like the weapon he is.

Not that he's the character I wish it on, but for once I wish they would just leave someone dead.

When he eventually does come back though, it should be at his previous power level.

No new powers. No upgrade.

However, I liked it when back in the 70's the original Viper accidently jacked Cap's strength after injecting him with Venom. Cap became stronger than before, and stayed that way for roughly 20 years before the Super Soldier serum wore off. I would like to see him return to that level of strength.

Main reason: It introduced Cap to some more interesting villains. As much as I love the guy, he has a boring reportoire of villains. After the Skull, it goes downhill pretty quick. Other than the Serpent Squad and Crossbones, who have you got? Batroc and Arnim Zola?
