Loved how Wolverine took almost everybody down in that Enemy of the State storyline. I'd like to see Spidey, Mr. Fantastic, Rogue or Professor X go to the Dark Side. In DC, it would be great to see the Martian Manhunter be the bad guy for a change.

Iron Man as well...I know i know, he is already borderline, but if he were to literally go to the extreme, I think he could out villain doom. He has unparalleled amounts of resources, and also having worked with almost every major superhero, would probably have no quips exposing weakness, though of course that may not work all the time. Pluz he has an infinity gem and satellites under his disposal.
