Do new movie releases influence you to buy statues or comic related merchandise?

In other words, did the movie influence you to buy something maybe you would have passed on or waited later for?

for me, a movie doesn't influence me. I still just buy what I like, but I understand how it can build the excitement :thumbs2:

I think if someone sees a movie they really love, it's extremely hard NOT to want to buy some movie-related stuff. There's no shame in that at all. Obviously, everyone is always influenced by what they like.

No NEVER!! As the movie versions of the superheros always suck! Not so much iron man but spidey and all his movie rogues have been crap

Not in the least! I don't own one cinematic piece! I admit there a few that I would like to have now that I have seen the sculpt. But it was the beauty of the sculpt that influenced me not the movie.

I have a hard time believing that most people have never been lured into buying at least a soundtrack CD after seeing a movie. Or a T-shirt. Or an action figure. Or a poster. Or a souvenir cup.

It's OK to admit to buying memorabilia, fellas!

sometimes...before I never had liked Dr.Strange, but after I saw the anime movie, I owned a FS statue and thinking of getting titles of him.

Ditto.

I went straight to Wal-Mart to pick up some Ironman figures right after the movie and just bought the soundtrack couple days ago.
