i've seen deashot miss quite a few times more then bullseye. plus bullseye is a ruthless cold-blooded killer. moreso than deadshot

Deadshot has beaten Batman, Deathstroke and fought Green Arrow to a standstill. If it came to martial skills, then yes, Bullseye takes it. At long range,it's a toss-up. Deadshot is more likely to stay in the pocket & make the shot due to his lack of caring whether he walks away or not (example: his recent battle with Deathstroke.) I'm a big fan of both, and they seem to miss much more often than they should. I chalk that up to poor writing.

I think if you compare appearances and actual kill rate, you'll find that Deadshot has Bullseye beaten. Just during the Suicide Squad series alone, Deadshot beats Bullseye's list of deceased targets.
