Which super-powers would you put on the list?

well, desireable for me is different than desireable for others, but oh well, i'll take a stab at this:

1.)invulnerability
2.)control over metals :buttrock:
3.)psychic abilities
4.)super healing factor (if invulnerability isn't on the list)
5.)control over weather
6.)super strength?
7.)control over genetics
8.)heightened senses (yes im a wolverine fan)
9.)super speed
10.)bullseye/hawkeye accuracy

theres so many, but i think this about tops it.

Here is a list of good powers to have.

1.) Atomic rearranger (I think this trumps molecules).
2.) Read minds & control minds with total recall.
3.) Warp speed
4.) Immortal
5.) Super Strength
6.) Ability to create dimensional doors that lead anywhere and anytime.

When you think about it this sounds like a suped up Eternal between Galactus and a abstract being.

hahaha, i know. i thought about it but...its one of those things that never really appealed to me as much as other things have. everybody wnats to fly.

1.Complete matter control-Creation, destruction and changing. Could duplicate your own cash, build anythig you wanted, remove anything you wanted.
2.Teleportation-no more lousy checking in at airports.
3.Mind control-ablity to influence minds.


I wouldn't want:

1. Not able to feel pain- you could be ill and not know it.
2. Telepathy - I have enough nasty thoughts without taking other peoples in.

Real #1! Turn into a hulk like creature.

2.Flight (Anywhere you can go ya know? Love that freedom)
3.Super jump(Just below flight, but just as fun)
4.Telepathy(Obvious reason!)
5.Super Strength (why not?!)
6. Energy/Matter manipulation (Though generally the most powerful power, I kinda think its much. Too godlike in my opinion)
7. Perfect accuracy (So many possibilities)
8. Time Manipulation ( Should be number 1, but then theres that whole complex repercussions)
9. unlimited stamina
10. Hulk like transformation ( SMASH!!)

I wouldn't want:

Yeah, I only listed this one with the idea that it can be switched on and off at will. Lord knows I'd keep it off 99% of the time. Think of the crime solving possibilities.

I would assume my descendants would also have that power but I would end up like the Eternals where there are just a few of us. I would be very careful not to have kids floating around would be a issue and marriage to a mortal is out of the question no matter how good they my look. Watching everyone else grow old and die wouldn't bother me too much since I'm already crazy.

Oh, I dunno...

My first thought was that JG said "IMMORTAL", not "FOREVER YOUNG"...so I imagine you would/culd be growing old with all your family and friends, just that you wouldn't die...and without any other powers, you could wind up paralized or a vegetable for eternity...not a good thing...

On the other hand, just think of all the real estate you could amass...the holdings et cetera...could be an advantage...

Top ten powers is a little too much... Who has that many powers anyway?

However, if I had to choose some snazzy superhero traits, it would smarts, battle savvy, and really good aim. If I had to choose one super power, it would be telepathy. I wouldn't want a power that would attract attention to myself.

Yeah they call that the Infinity gauntlet and you see what trouble that caused. I think most of us could not handle having that type of power. We'd end up just like Thanos. :(

With x-ray vision at this level you would see a persons internal parts rather than skin and the last time I checked looking at someones guts is not arousing. I think when a person is at this power level, physical contact almost becomes impossible with normal humans. The slightest exertions tears peolple in half. That's why I thought contact between Supes and Lois is out of the question, Wonder Woman would be a better mate physically than Lois. The sad thing about having this kind of power you are relegated to only making out with people at your level unless you like ripping people in half.

I think immortality needs to go hand-in-hand with eternal youth. Who wants to live forever if you keep aging? Heck I agree with you for the same reason though. Who'd want to live forever???
