It's very strange to actually see the news blatantly do inaccurate reporting to the public, but that's what I have seen at least three times today on NBC 10 News in Philly!
They are trying to scare mommies about a new Barbie doll based on the DC Comics character, Black Canary. The keep going on & on how terrible it is that she has fishnet stockings & gasp!...a whip!
They are saying this as they are showing TWO DIFFERENT dolls!!!! The one with the whip is the Halle Berry Catwoman from a few years ago. You may have missed it...the film BOMBED!
Anyway, of course all this was started by a CHRISTIAN WATCHDOG group that knows how to raise your children better than you do.I expect that crap from them, but I don't expect NBC 10 in Philly to clearly report inaccurate information & show two different dolls (which look nothing like each other!) and say they are the same one!
Let this be a lesson that the news reported to you is biased. Every news program has its agenda.
Thank God that this wasn't a small business owner. Channel 10's inaccurate reporting could have cost them their business.
Think about it.
