Robin (Tim Drake) vs X-23

Based on what I know about X-23 and Tim Drake, I would say X-23 would take him down.

Robin is a good fighter, but X-23 is in a much different class then Tim Drake.

X-23 is a world-class assassin, is not shy about killing and has a healing factor that is greater than Wolverine's (because her bones are not adamantium, which puts a drag on Logan's healing factor).

I don't know of a non-superpowered character who could beat X-23 over the long haul, and I believe she could take out many, many superpowered characters.

You're right! It's because Batman has enchanced senses, superhuman reflexes, increased speed, a killer's mentality and a supreme healing factor!
Umm, wait. That's X-23 and Wolverine, not Batman. But Bats does have a nifty utility belt, where he keeps a handy Swiss Army knife. ;)
