Some shocking numbers in that list. Baltimore, Maryland only had 7 murders but 263 rapes...holy s. Thats just nuts.

You need to re-read that........

Baltimore averages 1-2 homicides per day. They RANK 7th in homicides.

I met one of their detectives last year, who had 19 years on. He made over $100K the previous year, because he worked every day due to the homicides.

Their officer turnaround time is 2 years average, meaning the average new officer only stays for 2 years.

nothing too surprising on that list. Seems the same 5-7 cities are always fighting (get it?) for the top 5 spots.
