Pick your favorite, as long as the character hasn't been done yet. As you can see in my signature, I want Marvel to dust off everything. Put it all out there!
Here's some to start:
Devil Dinosaur
The Eternals
New Mutants
The 'Nam
Not Brand Ecch
What If?
Marvel Premiere
Micronauts (if only)
ROM (if only, again)

I'll add to the list:
Ghost Rider ('70s series - very surprised it hasn't been done yet)
Man-Thing
Alpha Flight

Anything with the Pre-FF Kirby Monsters...Tales to Astonish, Tales of Suspense, Strange Tales...wait...scratch that...Dont like the B/W format...would rather have color trades.

"What If? Classics" has already begun a color trade run. The first volume came out several weeks ago.

Will it actually be a color series of trades? I can hope! I was iffy about putting that one on my list, but the What If? Classic trade was a supreme let-down for me. Only 6 issues, sloppy recoloring, and a $25 price tag! Plus, I don't think the stories are all that great. It took more than 6 issues for What If to really get going; they don't do the series justice. Of course, if Marvel does a Volume 2, I'll drop another $25 no questions asked, like the zombie I am. Maybe they could get 15 or so in an Essential?

So far we have:
Devil Dinosaur
The Eternals
New Mutants
The 'Nam
Not Brand Ecch
What If?
Marvel Premiere
Micronauts (oh well, I can dream)
ROM (dreaming again)
Werewolf by Night
Ghost Rider ('70s series)
Man-Thing
Alpha Flight
Pre-FF monster comics (Tales to Astonish, Tales of Suspense, Strange Tales)
What If?
Machine Man
Power Man/Iron Fist
I'll also add:
Champions
X-Factor
Invaders
Web of Spider-Man
That would satisfy me for a year at least. So come on, Marvel. Get cracking!
Aarrgghh!!

Moon Knight (especially the stuff that was in the Hulk B/W magazine)
Ka-Zar
Captain Mar-Vel
Warlock (well, just the early stuff)
Marvel- 2-In-1
I hear they're doing Kill Raven it has to be becaue it was optioned for a film, I can't imagine it had big demand. It did have some nice Adams art though.

Those '80s Ka-Zar issues would look great in B&W. Brent Anderson's pencils were superb.

My first instinct was to think "What kind of sick bastard is this guy?"
I then saw who it was and said to myself "He's not sick, he's twisted."
I finally realized you were kidding and said "Whewww!".

I don't know if she could be called obscure, but I would love an Essentials:Jessica Drew Spider-Woman.

Hey, she had her own series, right? She's fair game for ESSENTIALIZATION!
I should clarify: by "obscure", I meant any character that doesn't currently appear in Marvel Essential format. So Spider-Woman = yes, Avengers volume 5 (although I like them) = no.
