That really does have to suck.

However i love ebay auctions with a story behind them.
Like the one where a guy sold his sons PS2 cos he spilt their expensive wine on the carpet and they were gonna use the money for the sale to replace it

Man, did you check the seller's feedback??!! In the past month: 15 neutral, and 31 negative. My favorite feedback comment is:

"****** You got me ******* should have read your feedback first"

LOL

Got stomach pains reading that!!!

If she's anything like the feedback says, maybe the husband had the right idea!

Besides, a 26 year old blonde! Who could blame him!

I'm not too sure about that if you read her feedback.

I like the feedback stating exactly what this scam really is, a comic store purging it's inventory....they $50 shipping for a .05 buy it now on 50 comics...

Yeah, this is a total scam. The only people getting screwed on this deal are the people fronting money for bad merchandise.

It's a wonder that this seller is still working this deal--Ebay is supposed to have rules against excessive shipping charges, aren't they?

Didn't read the feedback. Good call.

Also, if you take a good look at the "comic lots" .. it's all the same picture, there's no discriptions or titles, you don't even know what your buying!!

I can't beleive anyone would be stupid enough to bid on any of this !

Not only that, but the picture shows some of the crappiest, low-dollar comics put out in the last 20 years. X-Force? 90s Spiderman stuff? I guess there's a market for some of this stuff, but please.

Some of the feedback says that it's not even the above stuff--it's Ultraverse and Image crud. Yikes, but there was a lot of that!

What kills me is the people leaving negative feedback, on top of getting screwed in this "deal", RECEIVED negative feedback from her! Talk about a double whammy. Damn....

The auctions say $12.99 shipping, but they are complaining about paying $25-60+. Why did these people agree to pay such high shipping? Either way though, they're getting screwed when the shipping was only $2.03.
Close comic shop and go on vacation. Scam.

Who sells off their ex-husband's "collection" in lots anyway?

and I think the $2.03 is what she paid for shipping, they see that when they get the package and are livid! The guy who left this comment paid $23.99 for his shipping.

Total BS if you ask me, but it's still funny and well though up.

Wonder if this is Mrs. CK13?

I got burnt for $30 on a LOTR Helm a couple of month's back. Seller was reputable from what I could tell and I had even gotten something from her recently, no problem. When I realized that I had not received the Helm I tried to contact her and find out what was up and she never responsed to any of my e-mails. Apparently, she turned to the dark side. Check out this recent feedback history. Wish this would have happened earlier, I would never have gone near her. Oh well, at least it was only $30:
