383 stroker is better :D. You built the new Batmobile? What's the drivetrain? Is the rear a Rockwell? I had a 350/ 700r4 and f/r dana 60's sitting in my basement for years, i still regret selling them.

You may need to fab a cold air intake. The muffler looks like it's close to the carb. You're probably going to suck in alot of hot air. Looks great though, nice clean build. What rear are you using?

4 link suspension. the muffler position has been modified to about 12" from the air filter. The trick was to get it inbetween the air filter, and the glass that's on the other side. heat shields will be used, as well as heat wrap on the exhaust.
let there be light.

From the picture, it looked like it running right next to the valve head cover. If you built it from the ground up, that's some insanley great fabricating skills. You run a shop?

no, I don't run a shop. built right where you see it, every inch of it. all scratch.
got two more lights to plug in, 10 altogether.
Ya, it's a 4 link triangulated sus. in the back, just like the film car. I stayed as close as possible internally to what they did, except I've got more passenger room, and will have a finished interior, will all the stuff. Just about to plug in a firewall. I started to buy a race car seat, pretty slick one, but opted to build my own as I want it to look like the original ones.
almost ready to fire it up. big vid moment it will be.
