Well what I am going to ATTEMPT to do is send my wife out to do something, and then get it all setup. That way she has a hard time stopping me!
In her defense, in the front room we have:
Lifesize Han Solo in Carbonite
Yoda (pepsi episode 3 version) Lifesize
Spiderman Lifesize (blockbuster version)
ESB Bobafett Lifesize....on order. Should be here in about 3-5 weeks.
So I need to do my best to sneak this stuff in.... :)
Maybe I will put him in the corner of the dining room.....harder for her to notice.

Does anyone know where to get a fan made vader? I remember you could buy them on the bay some time ago. It had a custom mannequin and a fan made suit.

Ok, I opened him up...wow he is tall!
His pants com up to right below my chest and I am 5'11!!
Here is something I have a question on.
The helmet features look tilted to the side. Here is a pic. Now keep in mind that it is sitting slightly tilted. BUT the right side (in the picture) looks noticeably lower....does anyone know if this is the WAY it is supposed to look?
I have looked at other masks online...but to be honest, I cannot tell if it is supposed to be that way.
Thanks!

Wow...
With the picture you took, it's initially difficult to tell because if you just sit any of the Vader down on their own, they're going to tilt because of the shape of the neck:

It's only when you're able to "prop" (pardon the pun) him up can you get a better look at the "triangle":

His mouth should make a perfect triangle.
Unfortunately, in your pic, it sure looks to me like I can see the legendary "late-run Don Post palsy-droop" in yours.

Looks bang on for ESB Vader. Fully lop sided and smooshed. All make it screen accurate.
Who made this helmet if I may ask? :inquisiti
