Help with Painting a Predator??

How do you get those angular spots on him?
To me it looks like a stencil is used but, where would I buy that?
Is it done by hand with a fine paint brush?

I ask because the spots on my Cinemaquette Preds head, just look like orange dots. I'd like to touch it up to look more accurate.

Pun13 (Tom) did a great seminar about predator paint ups at the jersey fest in January. He picked up magic markers and then painted over them. Its just one of the many ways to get those effects. I am sure he would be more then willing to shoot you some pointers if he sees this thread of if you get ahold of him here or at the clubhouse.
