I don't expect him to be charged. He's not mentally capable of standing trial. But the nursing home should make sure there are big orderlies around because this could happen again.

I guess he had a dust up with the same guy awhile back. Both have Alsheimer's (sp?) so no one is pressing charges. I remember watching him in the AWA back in the day. It's sad.:(
