I loved his work on Emma Frost. Any other fans of his artwork here?

Yes I am.
I got most of his Marvel cover work and Wizards. Also his book.
I can't wait to meet him and get some items autograph. Particularly the Elektra lunch box that Bendis has already signed.
Wonder what he charges for sketches. :inquisiti

I never buy signed comics. It's more fun and meaningful to go have them signed. I'm not so interested in signed comics anymore. Having busts signed is my new thing. And I'll always have cards signed. :)

We don't get much opportunity to get stuff signed over here.

I am a big Greg Horn fan. He has definitly got some great work out there. He also is a great guy very friendly at conventions. I have his sketch book as well as a Vampirella Print he did. I don't remember why, but I don't think he does sketches at conventions... :peoples:

He's a real nice guy. If you buy one of is prints for $20 he will do a head sketch for $10 additional. I think his normal heads are either $25 or $35 I can't remember. But you should be able to get a sketch from him.

I'm a fan of Greg Horn's work too. I met him last year at a convention in Toronto and got a signed Rogue and Gambit print. His work is always nice!! :)

Greg's a great guy. One of the most down to earth artists I've met yet. He doesn't mind talking to anyone that walks up to his booth, and seems genuinely interested in listening to and talking to his fans. Met him in San Diego last year...

Tony, you're right about that. And like the others have said, he's very gracious. He often asks for donations to the CBLDF. At a Wizard World Convention a while back people showed up with tons of comics for him to sign, often with multiple copies of the same comic. He seemed a little leary of it, expecting to see them on eBay. I had him sign a single Black Widow cover he had done, and he asked why only one comic. He seemed relieved to hear that I simply wanted it for my own personal collection.

He has a very pretty wife, and to me it seems obvious that she's been some of the inspiration for his comic work. Overall, he's just a very pleasant guy.

Now if you want to talk about not-so-nice guys, I could always start a thread on Joseph Michael Linsner.

Not a huge fan, not a fan of the photo realistic stuff. Friend of mine got a sketch a few years ago, full figure for $80, it was very nice liked it better than his "painted" stuff.

If you come across a second copy of the Elektra one let me know. I picked up No. 11 last night which is also a nice cover.

I really liked his work on Elektra. I wish he would have done the black widow covers on the last limited series. I'd like to see how he handles Natasha...
