honestly have you checked with your doctor about this or a trainer. i deosnt look good for your back. i always check with a trainer that isnt making money from the product before buying anything.

To be honest, I don't even feel it in my back. I googled it and read a lot of reviews about it that were not from the company and a lot of people say it helps tone their back, chest, thighs and abs.
