This was for the TF and GIJoe line for First$Figures, I believe it was released. In Optimus hand, it was Snake Eyes jumping, they also released a head of optimus with the white cobra ninja.

By the way, it was done bu hand, epoxy, styrene and everything taht worked to look loike a robotic part

Thanks for the comments I thought the line was cancelled before the statue was ever released.
