In all the ruckus over the latest exclusives you must have missed the post on this one. There will be 4 variants, all limited to 100 each and if you weren't a member by Jun 2000 then you missed the boat.... :eplus2:

In one of the last Ask Randy Q&As I asked this very question. At that time he gave it an 80% chance of happening for Phase II. Don't know if that's still the case, though.

Time to resurrect this thread! Randy! What say thee? Still an 80% chance of a mini Silver Surfer statue to go with Galactus?

And, for those who will say the mini statues are not part of the current license, the license specifies the statue must be 12" tall. With the base to support the surfer in flight Randy has stated he can meet the Marvel license requirement.
