Black Hand is looking for recruits

Below is my awesome commission from Chris. He was originally going to make a night background but I agree when he said the rest of the piece pops because of the stark white. I'll post the roughs in the second post.

I really felt the cape shouldn't be billowing to make the piece more menace and that's why I asked Chris to change that. While I'm supremely happy with how the stagnant cape looks I'm curious if any of you would have gone with the floating cape look. Plus I didn't reference enough pics with Black Hands current costume so luckily he didn't get too annoyed at me for that :D

I like the still cape. A little more ominous though a little less dynamic...good call IMO.
