View Full Version : Ultron Statue by Alterton
This is some wicked work on the ultimate Avengers badass! This was posted over at The Clubhouse under Sculpting with the Shiflett Brothers. I suggest people check out the thread for a post that would interest some full-size, pre-painted statue fans.

If you're painting it, maybe by Christmas. But if you get it done by Thanksgiving we could probably get one of the pro painters here to strip it and do it right in time for Christmas :D

Hey Crom,
Sorry for my late reply (WHEW! I'ver been SWAMPED). Anyways...painting a base like that...probably done in two stages....2 days for about 4-5 hours is my best guess. But man.....this sculpt is just the beez kneez!

Hey Giro,
It's 1/6th scale, the figure will probably be between 12-13 inches tall.

Hey Charles,
Actually, the producer is Bizarre Creations (ther same company that brought us the Iron Dictator) and Jayco is the distributor in the US.

This statue looks awesome and makes me think a Sentinel statue done in the same manner would look just as cool.

Hey guys this is John at Jayco I heard about this place and was told by Danno to come check it out. Nice place you have here. I'm also a statue collector and have quite a few in my collection. I'm glad you guys dig the ultron sculpt Alterton did thanks for posting the pics. Heres the lowdown as to avoid any future confusion regarding manufacturing and distribution of kits. You see Alterton sculpts for an overseas company called Bizarre Creations he is not the company or producer only sculptor. They then send me a # of castings to distribute for them here in the states and that my friends is how it works. You'll be seeing some other sculptors works coming from Bizarre Creations in the near future as I'm told. Once I get the castings I will be offering a discount at the clubhouse for a limited time and to anyone here if interested. Nice to be here and thanks for the comments.

WOW Holly sheet guys!!! I am so bloody happy you like this piece, it was really a geat character to do, plus I love the old comic way!!!! Thank you very much for your reponse.
Hey Danno, Patagonia is called to the South of Agentina, and it is my homeland, Buenos Aires is the DC of Agentina, and my temporal home(1500 km from my place), and no, thess pieces are not produced here, they are commisioned wokrs by Bizarre Ceations (don't confuse my studio name Alterton Bizarre with them) I wish I have the time to do the molds and castings, but I think the patients will kill me, and I want to finish my orthodonthic master also, so there isn't much time for me. Plus I like to sculpt, and that is what consume the rest of my time, yeah yeah, yeah, my girl wants to kill me because of that, damned women, you can't live with them but you can't live without them either, Isn' it Ironic?
Thanks guys for you support!!!!! Really!
