That's the 'embed' code from Youtube, but it doesn't work...?

I think it might have something to do with HTML code is Off in the 'Posting Rules' box at the bottom of the page...

I can't get the embedding to work.

It doesn't work in this section. The HTML code needs to be switched on for embedding to work. You can check this by looking at the "Posting Rules" at the very bottom left of the page.

Embedding videos only works in the Movies/TV/DVD section.

I assume this is what 3bags was trying to do even though he's a mod & should know better. :eplus2:
