Steve has received a broken piece and was a bit frustrated with it! That's normal and acceptable!

We always strive to deliver high quality products and make sure that they will arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes some statues arrive damaged!

The problem was already worked out, and I believe that Steve is fine with the solution we worked out for the problem!
