New Sections: Home Economics

For those who have asked for a "recipes" section, I've created a Home Economics section with a few subsections. Let's see how much use it gets and we can modify it as we go along. For now, the three sections are for Cooking, Home Repair and Car stuff. Any suggestions are welcome, but I don't want to add section after section that aren't going to be used (I'm not going to make separate plumbing, woodworking, electrical...sections. Home Repair should suffice).
