Are the new ones out yet or are they still pre-orders?

Someone please correct me if I am wrong... I read over at the "Psylocke allocated" thread that the 15,000 produced Yoda bust is being allocated. Is this true?
When did the Yoda come out?

I can't see 15000 yodas being allocated but I received mine yesterday and my shop got all 3 they ordered. I know they are yodas from different movies and at a different age but I still like the first one better.

Someone said that their shop ordered 4 and only rec'd 2... which is kinda crazy if you ask me... why would they need to allocate if they made 15,000.

If you got allocated on a Yoda you ordered, then head over to Ebay and pick one up for $10 in a few months.

They made 15,000? That is crazy, for a company who seems to value exclusives they bucked that trend on this. I ordered this one, but like the first one better, regret selling it. But oh well, I will make do with this one. Same goes for Darth.

LOL... So true... and sad.
From what I've been reading, I'm almost secretly hoping to be allocated!
My source always gets his stuff a bit late...
While I have been assured a Psylocke, for example, it hasn't even arrived at his location yet. Sheesh!
