Hasn't this one been done before? I go with Deathstroke. Taskmaster's power is a physical one - picking up and being able to replicate any move that he sees, where as Deathstroke is a genius too.
I think that Deathstroke would think of some way to beat Taskmaster.

Taskmaster doesn't have the best track record. He's the best at what he does, and what he does is run away.

Based on their original 80s incarnations - Taskmaster hands down.
Since that time, Deathstroke has become an uber-villian and Taskmaster more of a joke, so now its Deathstroke,

If both were the first versions of the characters, I'd take Taskmaster. Right now, Deathstroke is the uber (and original) version of Deadpool, who just beat Taskmaster.
