depends on how much your willing to spend..

there are some silent compressors that are more expensive..

I use an Iwata airbrush, so I decided to get an
Iwata Power Jet compressor. and I couldnt be
happier with it.. its quiet and runs like a charm

dixieart.com.. has probably the best prices on
the web for suppiles

I just purchased a new millon_air model compressor so I will be having a Air star vt909 for sale soon both are made by Thayer & Chandler

I have had many a compressor in my day...and I have to say that the Badger Millionaire is by far the best compressor I have ever had/used/owned. Very smooth consistent pressure, incredibly quiet...this is as good as it gets.
