STAR TREK - New HCG License!

We recently secured the license to produce 12” and 18” statues of the characters that encompass the entire Star Trek universe, from the original TV series right through to the latest movie, Star Trek XI.

We intend to cover the entire Trek franchise, so Kirk, Spock, Picard, Klingons, and also characters from the new movie as well.

Any thoughts, comments, characters to be produced, or general discussion please post them here!

Thanks,

Mark

Oh, that's FKN great. More pieces I'll have to get.

I hope they are better than what Sideshow put out.

I'd start with doing all the Captains. I'd love to have a FS of each of the captains from all the Star Trek shows.

Another comment, and this is JMO. I'd stick with the characters from their original shows. I'm personally not interested in Spock from each of the movies, just from the original TV show. Same goes for the ST:TNG perspective. Stick with the TV shows.

A truly dead on Shatner Kirk statue has yet to be done.

Getting his likeness right is very difficult.

But please look at this, someone has done it and they are right here on the statue forum!........

Create a statue with THAT likeness, and you have a hot seller like never before.

Trust me on that.

A dead on likeness is key, and also care must be taken that it is not lost with a bad paint up in Hong Kong.

Just trying to help.

Here is his site. No, I do not know him, just impressed with that sculpt!

Ditto on that and Kirk NEEDS to be the first release. If the likeness is spot on, you have a customer in me for sure.
