Curious to know if anybody has purchased the EFX ST lid? It's been available at least on one 3rd part y website and I'm tempted to purchase just simply because it's less expensive than some of the ones out there because it's made from scans and not of a mold.

If you have one, can you post some pixs and provide some feedback on positives and negatives of the lid? Thanks.

Which one of the eFX Stormtrooper helmets? There are two:

I assume you are talking about the (lower-end) Collectors Edition (the MR and eFX versions of ANH Stormie are essentially the same):

eFx has some more versions helmets based on the same mold. The ESB version has different coloring on the mouth and maybe the blue stripes. eFx also made sandtrooper, blackhole trooper, and commander (based on the Force Unleashed game).

I have the higher-end limited edition, but am still happy with my lower-end collectors editions, so I would say: 1) make sure to compare prices for the MR and eFX versions; and 2) get one!
