Yeah I would dsay it's mileena because of the sai in her right hand that you can see, possibly a two-fer though.

I wasn't sure if that was a sai or just part of the armature for the clay, but Mileena was my first guess.

Hmm... It could be Mileena, but I think it is too early to release a photo if in fact this is the 1/3 scale line.. Maybe it's the 1/4 scale Kitana? Could PCS be tricking us by placing the sai in picture view? Hopefully it's the 1/4 Kitana.
