Is there at least 1 variant in a Marvel Legends case?

I just purchased a sealed case of Marvel Legends figures (Sentinel series), and was surprised to not find any variants. Is this common, or should I suspect that the case was opened and the variants were removed?

I'm very disappointed, because now I have 5 duplicates and zero variants.

the variants aren't guaranteed at all. In the early series it was like 1 in 50 cases or something like that for a variant.

Hunting down ML variants, at least back in the early days, sucked.

Oh wow, I didn't know that variants were that rare. I'm actually relieved about it though, because I didn't want to doubt the seller.

yeah they are hard to find unless yu get them on the internet. i have found Cyclops and Bullseye varients in the stores my brother got archangel
