Anybody know about customizing these things? For example, why is a three sided base seen as better than a 5 sided base? I mean, what's the difference if all the sides on the final product are together? How thick should these bases generally be? Is there a type of acrylic that's better than another or is that generally based on thickness?
I'm thinking of getting an acrylic base for a number of upcoming Master Replica props and I'm not quite sure how to best proceed. Any suggestions?
