Question for those who have had MR replacements sent

Just wondering: when MR send a replacement item, do they use the same shipping box that you use to send the product back to them in? Or do they send the replacement back to you in a new shipping box, with a new printed edition number label?

Can anybody who's had a replacement unit sent tell me? Thx!

Both times I needed a replacement, they sent me the items first, but I remember they saying to me that it wasn't the norm? I don't remember, though. Maybe P1X can help ya better

in my experience i've had a totally new item (box, number, etc) sent to me. i would recommend calling them directly for a faster response.

Thanks guys, a new shipping box is what I'm hoping for, as the one that arrived was pretty much trashed, with the edition sticker peeling off.

I've emailed MR directly for clarification and I'll let you know what they say.

Okay, confirmation from MR today. You get a new shipping box but no edition sticker on it, it's just marked as a replacement unit. Bit disappointing in my view.
