Marvel but if you included the animated films DC would have been a stronger line-up.

I vote DC. The strength of V for Vendetta, Batman Begins and TDK, Watchmen and Chris Reeves Superman (I and II only) carries this for me.
After SpiderMan 2 and Iron Man, the movies are just good...and don't really have the repeat appeal for me. I could watch any of the aforementioned DC movies right now, and anytime...cant say that for the Marvel movies.
But it is close...

I agree. I think that both lists have their share of great movies as well as stinkers. I have an equal number of DVD's from both lists.

DC have made better films at this point but i think Marvels upcoming films like Captain America, Iron man 2, Thor and The Avengers will be very special indeed.
