Classic Comic events Remakes!!!

What if classic comic events remakes would be done by todays talent.. a little rewritten and a lot redrawn!! would you buy them?.. Like Movies are being remade

Secret Wars by Bendis and Finch etc.... what would you like to see and would you buy it!!..

Hmm...maybe not the classics that were great, but I dont care about the Secret Wars so seeing this redone by a different creative team would be cool with the same characters.

But some of the classics like Days of Future Past, AoA, Kraven's Last Hunt...no way. Dont mess with perfection.

Matt Wagner did "remakes" of classic Batman stories twice now.

Batman and the Monster Men
Batman and the Mad Monk

I wouldn't mind seeing Greg Pak and the artist team of Pagulayan and Lopresti do the Merged Hulk storyline to see how Pak would handle it.
