Jury Duty - 3 Times in one year!

I served Federal Jury Duty back in June...

Since then I have been called 2 more times - the latest being today - that's 3 times in one year!!!!

What kind of crap system calls a guy for Jury Duty 3 times in one year!

And, yes, I don't have to serve for three years since I did in June - but the fact that I keep getting sequestered in ridonkulous!

How militant are they at enforcing it?

In my city, only 9% of those summoned show up. And they do not even follow up with the scary letter.

I thought if you served, you were disqualified from being called again for a year? Or does that vary by jurisdiction?

You live in a state that has a relative small population so you'll get called a lot.
