Phew, that's a big project to take on. To get it looking anything like screen accurate you'd need to resculpt the upper mouth, the rear of the lower jaw, resite the lower jaw tube, sculpt all the detail beneath the dome, even up the eye sockets and lower the whole front profile by about a quarter of its height. And that's just for starters. With that much work you have to ask why the owner didn't just go for a pro scratchbuild.

This is a well executed impressive undertaking. The finished product is far more reminiscent of the Xenomorph's menacing screen appearance.

doesn't look like it would take much to get it there. it's way better than a scratchbuild in that the body is molded from the original giger sculpt.
