Ok can people please give explinations on there choices.
I believe magneto would take this pretty easily. Just think about it. Magneto is the master of magnetism. Now what is one of the four forces in everyday life?
Thats right electromagnetism, protons electrons and neutrons all have magnetic fields that interact to hold the atom together.
Although Magneto’s primary power is control over magnetism, he can also project or manipulate any form of energy that is part of the electromagnetic spectrum, including visible light, radio waves, ultraviolet light, gamma rays, and x-rays. He can shape and manipulate magnetic fields that exist naturally or artificially
Here are the various senarios on how magneto can win.
He can separate all the H2O molecules from his body.
He can manipulate a EM field which strips superman of his powers.
He can create a wormhole sending superman into another solar system without a yellow sun.
Do I need to remind people that superman is weak against EM abilities, He has a better shot against magic users. Remeber how Polaris wooped the JLA, and he is not as strong as magneto.

and even if he could Clark has too much speed on his side to sit around for Mags to seperate his molecules...., and last i checked his super outfit doesn't have any metal to hold him down with either

Theres only a few mutants who could take superman down, Jean Grey and Prof x are two examples, and while Magneto would give Supes a run for his money i could see him losing in the end.
