What Kind of Bestas Do You Guys Get?

I did a search on Ikea's site and to my surprise, there are several pages of items. What kind do you guys have? Do you buy them with the glass shelves and doors already installed or do you buy them separate?
Please feel free to share pictures as well.

I'll be picking up my first detolf at the sale on the
29th but I'd like to get something bigger in the future.
