New York Comic-Con 2011

I hope to make this my first comic convention. I wanted to hopefully make it there on a friday because I figured there would be less people but my friend told me sunday is a good day also because venders cut deals on statues just to get rid of them. But I am then worried the selection won't be as good. Either way I am excited to go as well as see some of those cuties dressed up in their costumes

.. will any of you be going? and if so which day?

last year selection was fine on sunday, except the deals happened early. So by the end everything good was gone.

But what ever was left by the end was really cheap as all hell.

Anything that is good there during the first few days is most or less old around ebay prices or a bit less witout shipping fees added.

i think most of us will be going again, we more or less bug drew at the clay moore booth. Also make sure if ya see angrycomicman, you slap him. he list that.

I always go on Saturday. I know it's the most packed day but that's why I like it.
I don't think it's the day to get good deals but if you want to see the costume cuties then that's the day to go.

Oh true.. damn so it's between friday and sunday then that I will be going. . It'd be cool to meet some of you guys in person..

Yea saturday probably has the best guests and stuff but I have a reason to call out of work if I go on friday or sunday with the hope of still seeing some pretty girls

I'll be going - not sure of the days though - probably Friday and Sat.

I'll be there again this year, but I'm not sure of the days. Most likely just Sat. for the STATUEFORUM dinner. Last year was way too crowded for my taste. It was like being at the San Diego con on a Saturday.

yea I just just found out I will have to be going on saturday now.. I hate too crowded but were you able to enjoy yourself or was it annoying crowded?
