The Women of Hammer Studios
Didn't they just add to the excitement of a good Hammer Horror Film?

I've been on a Hammer bender of late. I've been watching one a night. The girls are just incredible. Not to mention the plots on many. I actually believe I may now like Hammer Monster movies a tiny bit more that the classic Universal.

I need to pick up those two Hammer books. I'm going to get into these movies one day. I've only seen bits and pieces of a few of them.

I grew up watching the Hammer films on Friday nights in Cleveland, they are the best.

I have The Art of Hammer (Their Movie Poster book) & The Hammer Glamour book which is just photos & essays on each of the Hammer girls. That book inspired this thread.
Both are must buys if you dig Hammer.

I can completely understand that. I used to watch the Universal movies all the time as a kid, but as I grew older, I realized there was a lot about them that I didn't like. The Hammer films have such a unique vibe to them, like an "aura of decadence" if that doesn't sound too ridiculous. I love them.

How the hell can you start a Hammer girls thread and not have Ingrid Pitt included?
Shame on you sir!
